VISION:
It's very Callida, as in it matches her personality beautifully ♥ I 100% think you have portrayed the overall mood that you wished to showcase in this manipulation. She looks as if she's just here, like she's fighting a waging war within herself, determining some unknown (oh and you know your taste in music is always superb <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="453" title="Wink/Razz"/>) I'm just thrilled you've decided to manipulate her again! Just the mood of the piece, again, is just unffff. The title, song, color tones, it's all perfect together.
ORIGINALITY:
As said in ambers, it is not like a crazy cool character like-fav.me/d6y5dhp, so I mean a manip with her will not look quite as extravagant. Still though some more diverse and unique ideas could be used. Though Callida is sick(in a good sense), she's not exactly swimming underwater or something odd and different like that, she is standing in a meadow like the majority of the horses in my manipulations LOL. I mean this manip is still stunning, it's just not like HEY SUP IM GROWING WINGS or something <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="453" title="Wink/Razz"/>
TECHNIQUE:
Ummm, welll, uhh, _{JUST WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STEALING ALL THE TALENT FROM US OTHER ARTISTS HUH}In your overview of 2013 we saw the most incredible improvement in your art, this is yet another showcase of that improvement <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> The cutting is clean, crisp and perf, the lighting is amazing! (I love how Callida's harsh red markings are more subdued and calm), the rain is like DAYUMM, grounding is beautifaaall, the hair in this is literally my faveoritee and your prep has gotten so much better ♥ A few things I'd like to point out, the markings dont't really flow with her muscles, like they don't look lighter on the high part of her thigh or darker in the more concave areas, which gives it a really more painted on effect. The other thing is the rain would bounce off the horse, right now it looks more like just an overlay, like she's being seen through a window if that makes sense. Other than that, it looks gorgeous-but where's her tail missy <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title=" (Wink)"/>
IMPACT:
Already said above, I just simply adore the whole setting in this manipulation, I just love the feelings I'm getting from this manip, I'm like entranced in a feeling tornado creating by this art. She just makes me feel like sober and sad and real. Basically this manip makes me feel real. Like callida is getting a slam in the face with reality being the wall and I'm the dust being squished in between <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="453" title="Wink/Razz"/> I don't know what else to say other than I love it <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>
